The International HIV/AIDS Conference themed “Challenges & Insights” will provide potential sponsors a number of opportunities to increase their visibility at the conference. Opportunities are available in three categories: |

Co-convenor: Benefit includes acknowledgement in all conference materials, sponsor’s logo on key publications, depending on the sponsor’s policy, their website will be linked to the conference website, will receive technical report and can also act as technical advisor to the conference. |

Special Sponsor: Benefit includes acknowledgement on all conference materials, final conference report, link on the conference website and will receive conference technical report. |

| Exclusive sponsorship of Abstracts on CD at US $9000 plus production costs.
|
On-site video advertisements at US $1500 per 60 seconds:
A large screen will be installed in the main conference hall. Participants, speakers and exhibitors will continually pass through this area.

Exclusive sponsorship of the conference bags at US $ 40000 plus costs of production: The sponsor will place its logo on the delegate bags, pens and notepads. This is an excellent form of marketing both during and after the conference. The bag must feature the official conference logo.

| Exclusive sponsorship of Participant badges at US $ 9000 plus production costs: The badge cord will display the name and logo of the sponsor. The name of the participant must be easily visible on the name badge. The conference must agree to the colour of the badge cord and the placement of the logo. |

| Exclusive sponsorship of the Conference fabric at US $20000 plus production costs: The sponsor's logo and the conference logo must appear on the fabric. The fabric will be worn by the hosts and hostesses throughout the conference. |

Scholarship: Sponsors can support participant to the conference directly. However, the conference planning committee can also facilitate this process. As costs vary, there will be the need to discuss the details of each scholarship with the committee. In general, sponsors must decide the amount of funding they wish to provide to each participant they choose to support.
Full scholarship will include registration fees plus travel and accommodation expenses for international participants. |
