Types of Registration
There are 3 types of registrations: |
Participant |
Full registration as a participant provides access to the symposium sessions rooms, exhibition spaces, posters, the opening and closing ceremony, the tour and the welcome cocktail.
By registering before and payment completed by 30 th July, 2008, registrant will receive symposium documents made of program, abstract books and participants items e.g. bags,etc |
| Accompanying person |
This will allow accompanying participants to attend the opening and closing ceremonies; the tour as well as the cocktail. Only children under 18 years of age registered as accompanying participants will be allowed access to all symposium sessions. |
Press Registration |
Registration is free to all accredited members of the press. Registration in this category gives participant access to all symposium sessions, exhibition space, the opening and closing ceremonies, the tour as well as the cocktail. Members of the press will be provided with the symposium documents. In order to register as a member of the press, kindly provide a copy of press credential and letter from the editor in chief on official statutory affirming that he/she will represent the publication at the symposium. The document should be sent to the symposium secretariat via email to: editor @atmph.org
Only one journalist and one photographer will be allowed from a press outfit. |
